Icehouse �Bobbles� Its Customers
The marketing staff at Miller�s Icehouse beer wanted an idea that would really attract people--something people would display for years to come--something that would appeal to the sports fan, the business person, the college student.
What else but bobbleheads! Whoopass worked with Icehouse to create bodies that exemplified the Icehouse brand. We also worked together to build an Icehouse bobblehead website for the promotion.
As a part of their promotion, Icehouse gave away 300 custom-made dolls with the heads of lucky customers. The promotion was a big success, but caused much envy among the executive team at Miller, who now each have their own custom bobbleheads as well!
Geosign Gives Giggles!
When the Holiday Party committee in the corporate offices at Geosign had to decide on the yearly gift for employees, they started thumbing through the same old catalogs of umbrellas, coffee mugs and plaques. Boring!
Then Ceri Nelmes read an article in the Toronto Sun about our custom bobbleheads. She was amazed at the likenesses and the unique ideas on our website. Soon the artists at Whoopass were sculpting a custom bobblehead of each of the 65 employees, complete with the Geosign logo and slogan.
When guests arrived at the holiday party, their �name card� was their very own bobblehead. People had great fun with the bobbleheads at the party. And, instead of going into a closet next to the logo umbrellas, the bobbleheads sit on desks and get involved in many practical jokes.
One problem--how to top it the next year! Ceri called her friends at Whoopass Enterprises, and together we designed custom ornaments. The ornaments were custom-sculpted with the likeness of each employee, wearing its own Santa hat, angel wings or devil horns and featuring the Geosign logo.
People loved them. They scrambled to order the bobbleheads depicting the rest of their families to complete the set on their tree.
