Large Orders
Q: How fast can you turnaround a large order?
A: We have by far the fastest turn around times in the business. On large orders up to 100 pieces we can generally delivery the dolls within 2-3 weeks. On large orders of 100+ pieces we can delivery the order in 4-5 weeks with air shipping and 3 months with sea shipping. Please call us at 866-839-1787 for more details if you need a rapid turnaround.
Q: Are there setup charges for large orders?
A: No, there are no setup charges.
Q: Can I see a proof of the doll before I agree to the entire order?
A: Yes. For large orders, we always send photo proofs of the doll to the customer, and will make required changes until the customer is satisfied with the appearance of the doll.
Q: What are the payment terms for large orders? Is a deposit required?
A: We require a 50% upfront payment once the customer has approved the proof of the doll. For corporate customers, we can issue a purchase order and receive check payments. However, we do require pre-authorization for 50% of the total order amount on a credit card before we start working. The pre-authorized credit card will not be charged as long as we receive timely payment for the dolls within 30 days of delivery.
Q: What is the discount on a large order?
A: Click here to view the current discounts available for orders of 100 dolls or fewer. The discount is automatically applied when checking out, and is applicable to each set of identical dolls; dolls of different types are not summed together when applying the discount. Orders of 100 or more dolls receive an additional discount. Please call us for an immediate quote at 866-839-1787 if you would like to place an order of more than 100 pieces.
